Medical AssistantPride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Brandon, FL.Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Brandon, FL 33511 Job Type: Local Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00/hour on W2 Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Room patients and obtain and document vital signs accurately.Perform blood draws and assist with other clinical procedures within scope of practice.Conduct patient call-backs and communicate information as directed by the healthcare team.Check out patients and assist with patient flow and administrative processes.Requirements:Certification(s): Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required; CPR certification preferred.Years of experience: Experience as a Medical Assistant required.Skills/Specialties/Technology: Patient rooming, vital signs, phlebotomy, patient call-backs, patient check-out, and strong patient care skills.Additional Information:Dress Code: Dark blue or grey scrubsInterview: In-personEqual Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
