Medical Assistant- Certified (MA-C)Join a physician-led clinic where medical assistants have time to build relationships with patients and play a meaningful role in their ongoing care. Longevity Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant-Certified for our Kirkland location.This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with no weekends, 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, a 4% 401(k) match, 15 days of PTO during the first year, and 11 paid holidays.We welcome both experienced MAs and newly credentialed graduates. If you are friendly, organized, comfortable working with patients, and interested in preventative and longevity-focused medicine, we would love to meet you.What You'll Do:As a Medical Assistant at Longevity Medical Clinic, you will play a key role in supporting both our physicians and patients.Performing blood draws, vitals, and lab specimen processingAssisting with medication start appointments and patient educationPreparing test results and documentation for physiciansAssisting with prescription refill coordinationScheduling and coordinating patient appointmentsManaging medication inventory and clinic suppliesCommunicating with patients by phone and in personTroubleshooting lab-related issues with partner labsSupporting clinic compliance including OSHA standardsWhat We're Looking For:Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credentialOne year of outpatient experience is preferred, but qualified new graduates with an active Washington MA-C credential are encouraged to apply.Phlebotomy experience is preferred, but we will consider a newly credentialed MA with strong clinical aptitude and a willingness to develop this skillExcellent computer and documentation skillsStrong communication and patient service skillsA positive, team-oriented attitudeWhy Our Team Loves Working Here:$1,000 Sign-On Bonus100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with 4% employer match15 PTO days your first year10 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating HolidayBasic Life and AD&D InsuranceA supportive and positive workplace cultureMonday–Friday schedule, No weekendsAt Longevity Medical Clinic, we work for the patients, NOT the insurance companies.
