Medical Assistant Certified – Full-TimeSilverdale, WA/ Gigharbor, WA Peninsula Pain ClinicPay: $21–$30 per hour, depending on experienceSign on bonus availablePeninsula Pain Clinic, the leading provider of pain management services in the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula region, is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant that can float between our Silverdale and Gigharbor locations.For over 20 years, we've made a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering compassionate, high-quality pain care. Join our team and help improve lives every day in a supportive and professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves working alongside a provider in the clinic to support patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and reviewing current medications.Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.Collect and prepare laboratory specimensMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately.Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill requests.What We Offer:Pay: $21–$30 per hour, depending on experienceSign on bonus available401(k) retirement planHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and 7 paid holidaysNo weekends, evenings, or holiday shiftsWork schedule:Mon–Thu: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PMFri: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PMWhat We're Looking For:A year of experience in the medical field preferredMust be able to travel between both Silverdale and Gig Harbor officesReliable team player with a strong work ethicOrganized and detail-orientedPositive and professional attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in EMR systems and general computer useAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentIf you're passionate about patient care and want to be part of a dedicated team, we encourage you to apply!
