Medical Assistant BlufftonCharleston ENT & Allergy in Bluffton has immediate needs for a qualified Medical Assistants (CCMA, CMA, NCMA or RMA) to join our growing team! Critically important to the success of the practice, our Medical Assistants are our front line, interacting with patients and their families on a daily basis, and at every stage of process.Whether on the phone, online, or in person, CENTA's Medical Assistants are trusted with the ultimate responsibility—ensuring outstanding patient experience, the key to our continued success.Take advantage of our COMPETITIVE pay scale. We offer $20-$23 depending on experience to start!Medical Assistant duties include:Patient check in/outClinic opening and closingTriaging patients and assisting physicians with patients and proceduresScheduling testingCalling in prescriptionsPerforming allergy shots, and taking vitalsAdministering tympanometry exams for ear pressureManaging hospital consultation requests for physiciansFloating between front and back office responsibilities as neededScanning patient records and other information as necessaryContacting insurance companies to pre-certify tests and procedures for PhysiciansOther duties as assignedFull Benefits- after waiting period
