Medical Assistant / Correctional Health Technician (MA/CHT)Pay Rate: $21/hourAssignment Type: ContractSchedule: 3 Night Shifts per Week (3x12-hour shifts)Location: Phoenix, AZPosition OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and reliable Medical Assistants / Correctional Health Technicians (MA/CHT) to support healthcare services within a correctional facility setting. This role involves delivering quality patient care under the direct supervision of licensed medical or nursing staff while maintaining professionalism and adherence to established protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide patient care within the Medical Assistant scope of practicePrepare patients for examinations and treatmentsObtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and chief complaintsAdminister injections, immunizations, and TB skin tests per protocolPerform venipuncture and assist with laboratory testingTranscribe provider orders and schedule follow-up appointmentsMaintain adequate inventory of medical supplies in exam/procedure roomsAccurately complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, scheduling, and document preparationUtilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasksMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDCompletion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited healthcare training institution (in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes A.R.S. § (D) or applicable exceptions)Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience as a Medical Assistant or CHTAHA BLSCompensation & BenefitsBenefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid sick timeEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
