Join us in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care primarily in Warrensburg with occasional travel to Lee's Summit and Belton.As a Medical Assistant, you play an important role working with our physicians, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and has a positive experience during their time at Ascentist Healthcare. You will help maintain a professional office environment with strong communication skills as you collaborate with your team to enhance patient outcomes.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Rooming patients and preparing them for their visitCollecting and documenting medical history and vital signsChart prepping and maintaining accurate patient recordsAssisting providers during in-office proceduresPreparing patients and procedure rooms ahead of treatmentsSubmitting prior authorizations as neededSupporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient flowAscentist welcomes team members who are striving to reach new heights in their personal and professional development.
