Medical AssistantCarease Health - IL, a nationwide preventative healthcare company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Evanston, Illinois. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, incorporating Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Collaborative Care Management (CoCM).Responsibilities:Take vital signs and perform other basic medical procedures as neededAssist healthcare providers with patient care and examsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless alignment with facility processes and protocolsDemonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProvide exceptional patient care and customer serviceRequirements:Medical Assistant: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (Required)Vital signs: 2 years of experience (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Certified Medical Assistant (Required)Schedule:Monday to Friday, with no weekend workAbout the Role:At Carease Health - IL, we prioritize proactive measures for enhanced physical health and well-being.
