Our Detroit area hospital system client has multiple openings for experienced Medical Assistants to work at facilities in Metro Detroit.Title: Medical Assistant Extraordinaire (A.K.A. Multitasking Marvel) Location: Detroit, Clinton Township, Plymouth, Macomb, and Sterling Heights Job Type: Full-time hours, Contract positions, Potential for Temp to HireJob Summary: Do you have the superpowers of multitasking and making patients feel at ease? If so, we want you to join our team as a Medical Assistant Extraordinaire! As a Multitasking Marvel, you'll assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care in a clinical setting, but with a side of humor and fun. Get ready to be the patient's favorite superhero! Responsibilities include:Take and record vital signs while making small talk with patients.Prepare patients for exams while also doing your best impression of their favorite movie character.Collect and prepare lab specimens while singing your favorite song!Perform basic administrative tasks while doing your best superhero pose.Fantastic opportunity for a Medical Assistant to get "a foot in the door" of major hospital organization. Up to $18 per hour based on experience.Must have recent experience working as a Medical Assistant and be certified!Positions available in Detroit, Livonia, Dearborn, Novi, West Bloomfield, Southfield, Sterling Heights, Grosse Pointe and more. Two step interview process. EPIC training.
