Job TitleWork Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift.Summer hours: Monday through Thursday 8-5p, Friday 8-330p. RequiredLaboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire. RequiredDrug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire. RequiredMust provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. RequiredWork ExperienceAt least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. PreferredComputer experience. RequiredLicenses & CertificationsRMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. RequiredBi-Annual CPR certification. RequiredActive RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. RequiredAudiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI), required within 30 days of hire.
