Medical Assistant – Full-Time Float Position – Covers Multiple Locations in Greater Raleigh AreaWe're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our collaborative care team. In this role, you'll support physicians during procedures and exams, while ensuring a seamless clinical experience for patients from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Assist physician with set-up for exams and medical proceduresCoordinate and track diagnostic orders and resultsDocument patient messages, phone communications, and clinical ordersApply and assist with casts and splints; perform wound care and dressing changesRemove sutures and provide patient education on aftercarePrepare and administer injections under supervisionOrder and manage laboratory testsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentationRequirements:Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clinical settingStrong critical thinking and organizational skillsCollaborative team player with excellent communicationExperience in applying casts/splints and administering injections preferredKnowledge of electronic medical records systems a plusExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgencyReliable follow-through to support team workflow and deadlinesBenefits:Full medical, dental, and vision coverage with FSA and HSA optionsRetirement plan with employer contributionsCompany-paid life insurancePaid Time Off programCompensation:$17.50–23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
