Please Continue!Your Contribution To Our Success!A PCS2 (Patient Care Specialist) float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as a PCS2 float is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference!A PCS2 float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Providing patient education, accuracy in patient documentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed.You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.To be successful as a PCS2 float, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
