Medical Assistant - High‑Volume Clinic
Location: Scottsdale or Gilbert Clinic — Compensation: $22-$25/hr DOE

What You'll Do
You'll be a key part of keeping our clinic running smoothly and our patients feeling cared for. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Front desk support: greeting patients, managing check‑in, answering phones, and keeping the flow moving.
* Taking vitals, rooming patients, and assisting providers to keep schedules on track.
* Chart prep, chart audits, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
* Managing medication prior authorizations and submitting them on time.
* Handling treatment estimate discussions and guiding patients through financial expectations with warmth and professionalism.
* Collecting copays and outstanding balances while maintaining a friendly, calm demeanor.
* Scheduling follow‑ups, office visits, and sleep studies.
* Downloading devices, supporting workflow needs, and completing tasks by deadline—no missed steps.
* Communicating clearly with patients, providers, and teammates to keep everyone aligned and supported.
Requirements
* 5+ years of MA experience in a high‑volume medical office.
* MA certification and active BLS.
* Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work quickly.
* Excellent punctuality and reliable transportation—non‑negotiable.
* Comfortable with a fast pace, high expectations, and frequent workflow changes.
* Bilingual Spanish preferred.
* Confident using multiple software platforms including Athena, Luma, Parachute, and Microsoft Teams (used heavily for communication and workflow).
