This position is responsible for assisting the nurse and front office with day-to-day duties.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesObtain patient vitals and input data into the electronic medical records systemPerform any necessary CLIA-waive testsClean room after patient useEnsure exam rooms are adequately stocked with necessary suppliesAppropriately process soiled instrumentsAssist front desk with daily operations, as neededQualificationsEducation: High School diploma or GEDLicensure and Certifications: CPR, required.Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a previous medical assistant role, preferred.Work Environment: This position will spend 80% of time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 pounds. This position will spend 20% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment.
