We are currently seeking candidates with exceptional customer service and clinical skills to join our team as a Hybrid Medical Assistant. In this role, you will support both the clinical and administrative functions of the practice, helping ensure a seamless experience for patients from arrival through treatment and follow-up. Team members work collaboratively to provide complete office support and may rotate responsibilities throughout the day based on patient and clinic needs. You will be working with a team of professionals for a well-known, highly regarded dermatology practice that puts our patients above all else.We Offer a Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package, Including:Competitive sign-on bonusIncentive plans with additional earning opportunities of up to an additional $2.00 per hourCareer advancement opportunitiesUp to three weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation time per yearPaid holidays off + one floating holiday per yearNo weekends!Medical, dental, STD, LTD, life insurance, and other voluntary benefit offerings (for employees working 30+ hours per week)Up to 40% off products and cosmetic procedures401(k) matchingDuties Include:Providing exceptional patient care and customer service throughout the patient visit, from check-in through check-outGreeting patients and facilitating the efficient and timely flow of patients through the officeScheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting with patient outreach and follow-up communicationsDistributing patient forms and ensuring accuracy and completenessChecking patients in and out and assisting with daily office operationsRooming patients and preparing them for examination and treatmentObtaining and documenting medical histories, vital signs, demographic information, insurance information, and dermatologic concernsMaintaining accurate and timely patient records within the electronic medical record systemAssisting providers with dermatologic procedures, treatments, and patient care activitiesEducating patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative skin care practicesPreparing and maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and equipment in accordance with clinical and safety standardsSupporting efficient clinic workflow by adapting to the needs of patients, providers, and the practice throughout the dayCollaborating with providers and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experienceMaintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policiesAssisting with inventory management, administrative tasks, and other clinic support activities as neededAssisting with additional duties and projects as assigned to support clinic operationsQualifications Include:Customer service experience requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsMust be computer literate and comfortable learning new systemsCPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain certification within four weeks of employmentAbility to learn and understand medical terminology, dermatologic procedures, and vital signsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailWillingness to support all aspects of the patient experience, including both clinical and administrative responsibilitiesAt least one year of dermatology experience preferredMedical Assistant certificate, diploma, or completion of a medical vocational program preferredADCS Clinics LLC participates in equal employment opportunities for all individuals and complies with EEOC and nondiscrimination provisions of all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
