Medical Assistant I – Primary CareLocation: 7135 W. Sahara Ave Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89117 Pay: $21–$23/hr Schedule: 4x10s, 7:00am–5:30pm • Must work 1 Saturday/monthAbout the Role: Join our primary care team supporting 3 providers and 1 physical therapist, with each provider seeing 16–20 patients daily. We're looking for a Medical Assistant I who is dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic.What You'll DoTake manual vitals and document in EMRPerform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point-of-care testingAdminister injections and immunizationsAssist with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testsSupport patient education and care coordinationManage patient flow and prepare exam roomsHelp with phones, scheduling, and front-office tasks as neededMaintain supplies and follow infection-control standardsRequirements to Apply:1–2 years of primary care or urgent care experience RequiredStrong phlebotomy skills requiredExperience with injections & immunizationsGraduate of an accredited MA programMA certification required (AAMA ideal)EMR experience requiredBilingual Spanish strongly preferredCPR/BLS requiredNV Lab Certification is RequiredBenefitsMedical & dental insurance401(k)13 paid holidaysPTOEmployee Health RequirementsHep B vaccination or immunityNegative TB test within 90 days of startAnnual flu & COVID-19 vaccination per policyEqual Employment OpportunityMPG is committed to equal employment opportunities.
