Medical Assistant IChristianaCare's Primary Care at the Concord Heath Center in Chadds Ford, PA seeking a professional, compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant I with strong communication, integrity, and solid technical and clinical skills.Primary Care at Concord Health Center is a growing family practice located at 161 Wilmington West Chester Pike in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Plus, take advantage of free financial coaching, counseling, and budgeting support.Duties / Responsibilities: The Medical Assistant I greets and supports patients virtually and in person, prepares them for visits, performs basic clinical tasks (e.g., testing, injections, EKGs), assists with exams, and maintains exam rooms and equipment. They manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, and scheduling, while handling clerical duties, troubleshooting video visits, and supporting patient portal access.Position Qualifications:High School Graduate or GED required.A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).Why ChristianaCare Do you want to make a meaningful impact in people's lives?
