The Medical Assistant may administer intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intradermal injections and may perform skin tests, administer oral medication, venipunctures, and skin punctures for blood specimens.Minimum RequirementsMedical Assistant diploma required. High School graduate or equivalent preferred.A minimum of one year of experience required, two years preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location required.A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.Compensation$26.00 - $30.55 hourlyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
