If you are a Medical Assistant with strong clinical experience/skills and you have a passion for Oncology, apply today!Assists providers in the administration of patient care in assigned clinical areas. Assists with patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies, treatment, and dressing changes. Performs general administrative duties in accordance with JCAHO, CLIA, NCQA and government standards, as well as company policies and procedures.Performs visit chart preparation activities based on the daily scheduled appointments including diagnostic test results, emergency/urgent care reports, discharge summaries and consult/PCP reports are located in the medical record and accessible to the provider.Performs rooming activities for provider visits according to the documented rooming criteria including chief complaint, allergies, vital signs, medication list review, tobacco history, LMP, health maintenance overrides and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Obtains and documents age and/or condition-specific measurements accurately including vital signs, height, weight, head circumference, peak flow, and pulse oximetry.Conducts and documents hearing, vision, respiratory and ECG testing.Performs and documents specific screening based on condition/need including depression and asthma.Obtains, documents and processes specimens using the appropriate collection process and equipment.Performs and documents point of care testing accurately.High school diploma or GED, RequiredGraduate from MA program, Required1-3 Years of experience as an MA, PreferredMedical Assistant Certification, RequiredBLS, must have within 90 days from hireHealth, dental, prescription, and vision coverage for full-time & part-time employeesShort term, long term disability, Accident insurance, & life insuranceTuition ReimbursementReferral bonusesAccrued earned time for full-time & part-time employees403b Retirement plans, with generous employer contributionsAnd more!Full Time Day Shift - Variable scheduleSolutionHealth is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
