Certified Medical AssistantWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our clinic environment. This position requires a compassionate individual who is committed to enhancing the patient experience while ensuring efficient operations.Job Responsibilities:Assist the medical provider(s) with In-Office Procedures and post op care.Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for procedures.Scheduling of appointments and providing aftercare instructionsMaintain accurate patient records, including detailed notes on treatments and progress.Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit.Manage inventory of medical supplies and order as needed as well as re-stocking roomsPerform photos of the patients- before/after's documentation.Requirements:Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).Previous experience in surgical, Primary Care, Emergency Room/Urgent Care or dermatology setting preferredKnowledge of plastic surgery treatments and procedures a plus!Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
