Medical Assistant Lead, OPA Lake Otis - Anchorage, Full-TimeSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmNon-certified: $54,080 - $76,440 annual salary (DOE)Certified: $56,160 - $78,520 annual salary (DOE)This position will receive a $ SIGNING BONUS after 90 days of full-time employmentFull-time Benefits:Complimentary orthopedic and primary care at OPA and PCAMedical and dental insurance coverage beginning within 30 daysLife insuranceDisability insurance401KProfit sharingEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid time off starting at three weeks per year7 paid holidays per yearCompetitive pay and annual compensation reviewsThe primary purpose of this leadership position is to optimize the clinical team and achieve the highest standard of care by ensuring the most effective use of resources and providers.
