This role requires flexibility to work between two offices located just 15 minutes apart.ResponsibilitiesRoom patients, record vitals, and obtain medical historiesMaintain patient flow and assist with schedulingDocument accurately in the EMR systemPerform clerical duties, including reports and notesEnsure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standardsSupport physicians and clinical staff in daily operationsAssist with ordering and maintaining medical suppliesRequirementsCurrent Medical Assistant CertificationOB/GYN experience or multidisciplinary clinic experienceActive BLS certificationMinimum 2 years of experience as a Medical AssistantWillingness to rotate between Norfolk and Virginia Beach officesIf you’re a dependable, detail-oriented MA looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive and fast-paced clinical team, this is an excellent chance to grow your career.Ready to take the next step?
