This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals who are passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients and take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight)Record patient history and current medications into the electronic medical recordAssist with room setup, exam preparations, and equipment sanitationDraw blood and prepare lab specimens (venipuncture required)Administer injections, immunizations, and oral medications as directedCoordinate referrals, insurance verification, and benefit plan navigationSupport providers in delivering high-quality patient care and follow-upRequired QualificationsMedical Assistant Certificate/Diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program or national certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, CCBMA, MMCI)At least 2 years of MA experience in an outpatient clinic or medical officeProficient with blood draws/venipuncture and lab handlingFamiliarity with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plansCS-Link/Epic EMR experience requiredPreferred Qualifications2+ years working as an MA in Internal MedicinePhlebotomy certificationExperience submitting labs to Quest DiagnosticsUnderstanding of medical terminologyTo ApplyLOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY will be considered.
