Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse AideClay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Aide to join our Rural Health Clinic team. This full-time position supports a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, helping deliver high-quality care to patients in our family medicine clinics.Key Responsibilities:Room patients and obtain vital signs, assessments, and other relevant clinical informationSchedule appointments and coordinate follow-up careAnswer phones and relay messages professionally and accuratelyAssist with clinical documentation and manage patient formsProvide day-to-day clinical and administrative support to the providerMaintain a calm, professional demeanor to protect patient privacy and promote positive health outcomesRequirements:Certified as a CNA, Medical Aide, or Medical Assistant (must be in good standing in Kansas)Prior clinic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidateStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to confidentiality and a welcoming, patient-centered environmentProficient with basic computer tasks and electronic medical recordsConditions of Employment:Post-offer physicalUrine drug screenBackground checkBenefits:Reduced-cost health insuranceRetirement planPaid time offLife insuranceIf you are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a rural health setting, we encourage you to apply.
