Internal Medicine - Gagan S. Chadha, M.DUnity Healthcare is a comprehensive, multi-specialty healthcare provider with offices throughout North Central Indiana. We are locally owned, which allows us to make decisions in the best interest of our patients and our community.With our 50+ experienced healthcare professionals, innovative technology, and wide range of services and treatment options we help each patient live his or her best life.ResponsibilitiesVerify and update patient information in medical recordsTake patient messagesPrepare patients by reviewing patient medical history and taking vitalsAssist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the physicianDocument patient information utilizing electronic medical recordsOrganize referrals, order laboratory and imaging studies for patients as neededPerform additional administrative duties and projects as needed and instructedRequirements & SkillsLicense(s): CMA, RMA, or CNA preferred (but not required)Medical office experience preferred (but not required)Previous patient scheduling experience preferred (but not required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skillsMust display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their familiesEmployment DetailsFull-TimeMonday – FridayEligible for benefitsWest Lafayette, INUnity Healthcare, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
