Medical Assistant – Part-Time, Up to 20 Hours WeeklyJoin a fast-paced, high-energy healthcare team!SynergenX & Low T Center are growing, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing Medical Assistants who bring a great attitude and genuinely enjoy working with people.This is a part-time position with a maximum of 20 hours per week. If you're looking for a quiet job where every day looks the same, this probably isn't it. Our clinics are busy, fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly patient-focused. We want people who can keep up, jump in where needed, have fun with their team, and make every patient feel welcome and cared for.You don't need years of experience or a long list of certifications to get started with us. We're looking for candidates with the right foundation, strong people skills, a willingness to learn, and the personality to thrive in a busy clinic. We provide two weeks of paid training, and Medical Assistant certification or licensure is not required.What You'll DoAs a Medical Assistant, you'll work directly with patients and providers while helping keep the clinic running smoothly. You'll be trained on our processes and become an important part of the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.Your day may include:Taking manual vitalsPerforming routine blood drawsAdministering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by a providerPreparing and processing laboratory specimensMaintaining lab equipment, documentation, results, and quality controlsMaking sure the correct labs are ordered and properly preparedAssisting with weekly inventory and orderingJumping in to support the front desk when neededWorking closely with providers and your clinic teamCreating a friendly, positive experience for every patientWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for personality just as much as experience. Our strongest Medical Assistants are:Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with patientsEnergetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDependable and ready to jump in when the team needs helpCoachable and excited to learnComfortable working with computers and learning new systemsDetail-oriented without losing sight of the patient experienceFlexible with clinic hours, including some later shifts and SaturdaysTeam players who bring a positive attitude to workMinimum QualificationsPhysical proof of a high school diploma or GED is requiredMinimum of 3 months of relevant experience in a medical setting performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of at least 180 externship hoursMedical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification is preferred, but not requiredExperience performing venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections is highly preferredMust successfully complete a criminal background checkMust be able to work the clinic's scheduled hoursMust be available to work a part-time schedule of up to 20 hours per weekClinic HoursMonday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMPart-time employees may be scheduled within these clinic hours based on business needs and clinic coverage.Why Join SynergenX & Low T Center?We're looking for people who want more than just another Medical Assistant job.
