Job description
Medical AssistantWe are looking for a Medical Assistant in Los Angeles with front and back office experience. With 1-2 years in clinical experience. Clinic will train on the EMR. Spanish speaking is preferred. Medical Assistant details: Must have 1-2 years paid experience working in clinic (working at an actual facility). Front and back office duties: insurance verifications, referrals, EMR, vitals, prep/sanitizing exam rooms, injections/immunization, blood draws for labs (including how to place a TB). Schedule from Monday-Friday (8am-5pm). Specialties at clinic (mental/behavioral, primary, geriatric, family planning, HIV prep). Required from MA: Must have medical assistant diploma that is verifiable BLS (AHA) and Covid vaccine (preferred). All health docs up to date (TB, physicals, and titers). Be able to pass drug screen and background. Start 6/20/26 cannot have any time off requested the first 4 months. Benefits for MA: paid weekly! 401K and health insurance. Weekends and holidays off. Temp to hire (when hired on with full benefits health/vision, dental, 401k, life insurance). The starting pay is $23. After evaluations, if there are no attendance issues and the job requirements are being met, will be put in for a raise.
