Under the medical oversight of a doctor, the MA will coordinate and manage client care to include preparing clients for treatment and exams, translation, referrals, documentation, and performing routine specialized procedures.Specialties: Family Practice, Pediatrics, and PsychiatrySalary:Level I - up to one year experience, $20.00/hour + $1.00/hour for certified MAsLevel II - 1 -3 years experience, $20.00-$21.50/hour + $2.00/hour for certified MAsLevel III - 3+ years experience, $26.00/hour + $2.00/hour for certified MAsQualifications18 years or olderHigh School diploma and certificate from an Accredited Medical Assisting ProgramMust complete internal credentialing and privileging within 90 days of hire dateAbility to manage multiple changing priorities in an effective and organized fashionAbility to provide culturally sensitive servicesKnowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records systemsTB test, Hep B Vaccine, Immunization RecordsMust have or be able to obtain a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardCPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) trained or the ability to be trained within 90 days of hire dateBasic Life Support trainedMust possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance or sign waiverBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Life InsurancePaid Disability InsurancePaid time offEmployee assistance programEmployee discountProfessional development assistanceReferral programApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Valle del Sol is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
