Medical Assistant (Podiatry)We are looking for a full-time, Medical Assistant to add to our Podiatry team! Previous experience or education in Medical Assisting is required. If you enjoy working collaboratively within a team, assisting with procedures and injections, are proficient on a computer, and have excellent customer service skills, this is the position for you!About Bone & JointBone and Joint has one of the most comprehensive teams of orthopedic, pain management, podiatric, physical and occupational therapy experts in Northcentral Wisconsin. Our mission is to be the Best place for patients to receive care, the Best place for employees to work, and the Best place for physicians to practice medicine.A Day in the Life of a Medical Assistant (Podiatry)Working as a Medical Assistant in Podiatry will give you the opportunity to work with our providers in a fast-paced environment to improve the lives of our patients. Don't fear the unknown our training is thorough, and we check in routinely to keep your learning moving in the right direction! Primarily you will be rooming patients, taking vitals and health history, assisting with procedures, injections, casting and splinting, scheduling surgeries, and providing concise reports to the treating provider.Qualifications for a Medical Assistant (Podiatry)High school diploma or equivalentEducation or experience in Medical AssistingWisconsin Drivers LicenseWork ScheduleClinics are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM.
