Medical Assistant PositionIconic Care Management is seeking a compassionate, organized, and self-motivated Medical Assistant to support our growing Principal Care Management (PCM) program. This position plays a vital role in helping patients with complex chronic conditions receive ongoing care coordination, education, and support between provider visits.The ideal candidate is experienced in patient communication, care coordination, documentation, and working independently in a remote environment.
