Medical Assistant - Registered (MA-R)Location: Peninsula Pain Clinic Pay Range: $20-$25Sign-On Bonus AvailableSound Pain Alliance is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant – Registered (MA-R) to join our Pain Management team. This role supports physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering high-quality care to patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.Responsibilities:Room patients and obtain vital signs, pain scores, and medical historyAssist providers during patient visits and in-office proceduresPrepare and clean exam and procedure roomsDocument patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)Manage patient phone calls, messages, and follow-up tasksProvide patient education and coordinate care as directed by providersSound Pain Alliance provides on-the-job training and will submit and endorse qualified applicants with the Washington State Department of Health to obtain their Medical Assistant – Registered (MA-R) credential.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to obtain Washington State MA-R credential (clinic endorsement provided)Strong communication and organizational skillsExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferredPrevious medical or healthcare experience preferredWe Offer:Competitive paySign-on bonus availableBenefits package (medical, dental, vision)Paid time offSupportive team environment and training opportunitiesIf you're looking to grow your career in healthcare, be part of a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact in patients' lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.
