As an equal opportunity employer, we offer a team-oriented, collaborative work environment for close to 400 employees at eight different locations in Rutland and southern Addison counties.About The RoleProvide professional clinical care for office patients following established policies and procedures.Functions Of The PositionAdministers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.Performs certain lab tests.Takes and records patients vital signs, immunization status, and brief history.Maintains patient confidentiality.Cleans and autoclaves procedural equipment and instruments.Observes records and reports to physician patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments, according to the nursing process.Oversees appointment scheduling, assures priority is given to patients in emergency situations.Skills Required For SuccessWe will accept Certified MA or non-certified MA.Medical Assistant Training is a plus.One year of professional experience preferred, preferably in an office setting.Lab experience preferred.How We Support YouWork Life BalanceGenerous Time OffMedical, dental, and vision insurance.Health savings account option.Robust 403 (b) retirement savings plan, with employer match and 100% vesting schedule.Comprehensive Wellness Program.
