When you complete tasks, you do so thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance.You have a patient, accommodating, relaxed style and thrive in a strong, close-knit team that you can lean on for support and collaboration.You have a strong commitment to teamwork, sharing responsibility with others.About us:We are a privately owned dermatology practice with 8 locations!We provide high quality care through the expertise of our providers and staff.We commit to focusing on compassion in our day-to-day operations, concentrating on the lives and medical concerns of each individual.Established in 2002, we have expanded our reach across the valley and have more growth planned!This position is full-time, 5 days per week.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Room patientsObtain patients' chief complaints and medical historiesAssist our physicians during patient examinationAssist with surgical proceduresSuture removal and medical dressingsComplete paperwork for laboratoriesNotify patients with pathology and/or laboratory resultsEducate patientsSchedule appointmentsAutoclaveStock exam/surgical roomsAll other standard medical assistant dutiesWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes paid time off, paid holidays, medical insurance, dental insurance and short term disability options.QualificationsWho we are looking for:You have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant programStrong focus on producing repeatable outcomes within defined processesCautious, examines the facts and uses established procedures in decision-makingCommunicates in a factual, polite, and professional mannerBe able to work 8 hours shifts, five days per week.No time restrictions between 8a-530p
