If you enjoy making a significant contribution to patient care and are quick and thorough, you will enjoy Revere Dermatology.Essential Job Functions:Escorts patients to examination rooms, interviews patient and ensures all pertinent information is recorded and available for the provider.Ensures exam rooms are properly stocked with needed supplies and equipment.Cleans and sterilizes instruments following clinic policy and procedures.Relays results and other messages to patients as indicated by a provider in a prompt and courteous manner.Creates and maintains tasks and documents all patient interactions.Call/Fax/eScribe prescriptions per protocol.Assist provider with in-office procedures.Qualifications:Experience as an MA or MA certification is preferred but not required.Previous experience with electronic medical records and medical terminology is very beneficial.Must have outstanding customer service, organization, and attention to detail.Must also be a self-starter, team player, dependable, friendly and professional.Be able to multi-task and work efficiently.CPR certification required upon hire.Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30 am - 5:00 pm) Varies by location
