The work shift is first (days).Job Summary:Monday through Friday / 40 hrs a week from 7:45a to 4:45pOccasional float as neededThe Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative and clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).Experience:One year of clinical/administrative experience requiredPhlebotomy experience preferredEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredCertification/Licensure:Certification must be received within (9) nine months of employment in one of the following certification programs:CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant orCMA- Certified Medical Assistant orRMA- Registered Medical Assistant orEMT- Emergency Medical TechnicianBLS is required within 90 days of hire.Keywords: Indeed, Talroo-Allied Health, Monster, Medical Assistant, MA, RMA, CCMA, CMA, EMT-BWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.31 - $29.92 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
