With a network of clinics spanning from Sacramento to Bakersfield, CHCA is dedicated to promoting health equity and improving outcomes for all patients.We are seeking an experienced full time Medical Assistant Site Supervisor for our community health clinic in Mariposa. This individual should be a high-energy and knowledgeable clinic professional with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated results in clinic management and team development. Our culture is important to our success, and we are looking for a special individual who will contribute to our core values of excellent patient care in a warm, respectful, and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide supervision to clinical team of Medical Assistants, including work assignment, training and development, and performance management.Track and report clinic metrics and performance.Implement programs to improve performance.Build positive relations with site providers. Ensure providers have needed support to optimize patient care.Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.Address patient grievances and report these to management.Coordinate regular inventory, vaccination management program, and other clinic operation needs.Deescalate and resolve conflict in the clinic.Fully trained to cover for absent staff, as needed.Join us and make a difference in the lives of our patients by ensuring they receive the highest level of care.Current clinic hours (subject to change as we grow):M, T, Th & F 8:00 am - 5:00 pmW 9:00 am - 6:00 pmSat 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (rotational coverage)Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, life & optional insuranceVacation, holiday and sick paid time off401(k) & matchEAPRequirements:1+ years supervisory experience in a clinic setting4+ years medical assistant experience in a family practice clinic settingMedical Assistant certificationCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced environmentFluent bilingual Spanish preferredCollege preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
