Find Your Calling At Mercy!Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Medical AssistantFull Time, 40 Hours/WeekMercy Clinic South Section Float PoolPrimary Care Clinics throughout South County St. LouisQualifications:* MA Certification Not RequiredPrimary Care Assistant - Medical Assistant:Education: High School Diploma or GED.Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.Preferred Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.Primary Care - Certified Medical Assistant:Education: High School Diploma or GED.Certification: Must have active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA).
