This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, loves helping people, and understands the importance of showing up ready to win the day.What You'll OwnPatient Care & ServiceWelcome patients warmly and create a great first impressionRoom patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visitsPerform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permittedClinic OperationsRegister patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect paymentsKeep documentation accurate and organized within the EMRTeam StandardsShow up on time and ready to contributeSupport teammates during busy shiftsHelp keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficientWhat We're Looking ForPrior clinical experience with 1-2+ years in an outpatient setting requiredFriendly, polished, professional presenceReliable attendance and punctualityFlexibility to support varying clinic schedules and nearby locations based on business needsComfortable in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicCoachable and eager to growWhat Success Looks LikePatients feel welcomed and cared forThe team knows they can count on youYou arrive prepared and ready to workYou bring positive energy during busy shiftsYou help the clinic run smoothlyCompensationThe expected hourly range for this position is $21-23 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.BenefitsMidwest Express Clinic is proud to offer a competitive selection of employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability plans to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families.
