As a Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Position RequirementsEducation & Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent required.Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.Experience & Skills: Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).Benefits Package: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
