Job TitleFacility/Security/Support ServicesLocationHenry Ford Health St. John Hospital, Saint Clair Shores, MISchedule: Full-time days: Monday - Friday$2,000 Sign On BonusJob DescriptionWorking in the office calling patients to conduct health screens and go over medical recordsManager high volume call load while maintaining professional standards of the clinicAssist with treatments ordered by physician as supervised by physician or registered nursePerform select clinical duties. - Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on patients' charts. Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patientsPerform basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filingPerform basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of suppliesList all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions, as indicated by the providerTranscribe patient orders including, but not limited to, laboratory tests, radiology tests and medicationsCertifications/Licenses RequiredBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross acceptedMedical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Any issuing authority acceptedEducation/Experience RequiredHigh School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
