NOW HIRING: PART-TIME Medical Assistant on Long Island
Please Note: This is a PART-TIME opportunity with a guaranteed minimum of 3 days per week.
Are you a Medical Assistant looking for a flexible, long-term opportunity in a high-end plastic surgery practice? We're partnering with a well-established office on Long Island seeking a personable, organized, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join their team.
Position Details
Part-Time
Guaranteed minimum of 3 days per week
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
1-2 Saturdays per month
Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits across multiple platforms
Support providers with patient flow and administrative tasks
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
Assist with Medical Assistant duties and patient care activities
Communicate professionally with patients and clinical staff
Help ensure a smooth, personalized experience for every patient
Qualifications
1-2 years of Medical Assistant experience
Strong customer service and patient care skills
Experience with appointment scheduling and multitasking
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or a med spa is highly preferred
Professional communication skills and a positive attitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbury, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
