Medical Assistant – Medical Screening EventCareerNation is seeking medical assistants to support an upcoming occupational health event. The primary responsibility of this position will be assisting with urine specimen collection for drug screening in a high-volume event environment.This short-term assignment can be converted to an ongoing travel contract with hotel coverage, travel cost coverage, and stipends!9/9/26, 7 AM–6 PMLittle America Hotel & Resort: 2800 W Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82009ResponsibilitiesPerform urine specimen collections for drug screeningFollow established collection procedures and protocolsVerify participant information and required documentationProperly label and handle collected specimensMaintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation, where applicablePrepare and organize collection materialsMaintain an orderly and sanitary collection areaAssist with participant flow to keep the event running efficientlyEscalate questions or issues to the event lead as neededAssist with event setup and breakdown as requestedRequirementsMedical assistant experience or relevant clinical experiencePrevious urine drug-screen/specimen collection experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with chain-of-custody procedures preferredExcellent attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProfessional communication and customer-service skillsMust be available for the entire scheduled event
