Job description
Charlottesville Dermatology is seeking an individual to fill our Medical Billing/Collections Specialist position as soon as possible. Primary Responsibilities
Building of claims
Sending statements
Working collections
Posting payments
Answering multiline phone calls as well as responding to patients with billing questions
Maintain a HIPAA-compliant work area and adhere to HIPAA requirements in all activities
Qualifications
Warm, outgoing, positive, and professional attitude
EMR, ICD10 coding, and medical terminology helpful but not required
Customer service experience required
