Medical Billing Administrator

Location: East Rockaway, NY

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours

Salary:

$40,000-$50,000

A small, established medical billing office is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Administrator to join its team. This is an opportunity to train directly with a long-tenured billing professional before their departure.

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day medical billing functions

Handle physician and surgical billing

Process claims, payments, and billing follow-up

Perform cash posting/payment posting

Work within Intergy

Utilize Excel for billing and administrative tasks

Collaborate with a small team of billers

Requirements Physician billing experience required

Surgical billing experience required

OBGYN billing experience strongly preferred

Cash posting/payment posting experience preferred

Experience with Intergy and Excel

Ability to work independently in a small-office environment

OBGYN experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong physician and surgical billing experience will be considered.
