Traditional Medicare Bill CollectorDuration: 26 weeks (Contract to Hire)Location: Fully remote (must be based in Texas)Schedule: Flexible start time between 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, must remain consistent daily, 30 min or 1 hour lunchResponsibilities:We are seeking a Traditional Medicare Bill Collector with strong hospital revenue cycle experience to support billing and collections efforts. This role is focused on managing Medicare accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.The ideal candidate will have hands on experience working with Traditional Medicare claims in a hospital setting and a strong understanding of the full billing and collections lifecycle.What We Are Looking For Someone who has true hands-on Medicare experience, not just general billing A candidate who can work accounts independently and drive resolution Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex claims issues Reliable and consistent with scheduleExperience:Experience with Traditional Medicare billing and collectionsHospital revenue cycle experience requiredStrong understanding of Medicare rules, regulations, and reimbursement processesExperience working accounts from billing through collectionsAbility to analyze and resolve claim issues independentlyFamiliarity with healthcare billing systems (Epic preferred)Experience with denials management and appealsKnowledge of Medicare compliance and regulatory requirementsExperience working in a high volume AR environmentEducation:High School DiplomaAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
