Job description
GT Independence in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Claims Team Leader to supervise, train and develop a team of claims specialists. You’ll manage claim submissions, payments, and coordinate with agencies to resolve issues, while tracking performance and mentoring staff.
Required are at least 2 years of experience, with a High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred). This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing national FMS provider.
