About AI Training Work

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Medical experts review model-generated content, identify errors and safety risks, compare answers, and create high-quality examples that help AI produce more accurate and responsible clinical responses.

Use your clinical judgment to shape the quality and safety of AI systems.

Contribute remotely with flexible, part-time contract work that can fit around other professional commitments.

The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Medical Doctor with specialist training and substantial clinical experience to review AI-generated clinical responses and create expert medical content. You will evaluate accuracy, safety, differential diagnosis, red-flag recognition, test interpretation, treatment planning, and the quality of written clinical reasoning across medical use cases.

This is an expert-level, text-focused role for a clinician who can provide precise feedback and gold-standard answers in English. The work requires careful judgment about unsafe recommendations, contraindications, escalation decisions, and internal consistency.
