Bridge to Peace Counseling, LLC is committed to helping clients to become the best version of themselves using a variety of different therapy approaches including Christian counseling.
We are looking for full-time Mental Health Counselors to work on a contract basis at Bridge to Peace Counseling, LLC located in 2 locations: The role involves providing therapy or counseling to clients in a one-on-one or group setting, applying clinical methods based on client's needs using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, EMDR or other evidence-based approaches. The counselor will document clients progress and maintain their confidential records.
Master's degree or higher in clinical mental health counseling or a related field Licensure as a mental health counselor or licensed professional counselor in the state of Indiana or has an LMHC-A and needs supervision Strong inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to provide support and consoling to clients in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner Competence in evidence-based practices for treating mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality and/or mood disorders. Knowledge of ethics and legal guidelines for mental health counseling Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week/hours are flexible.
