Job description
Cook Children's is seeking a Credentials Specialist to coordinate and administer the credentialing process for medical practitioners. The role ensures all credentialing and accreditation activities meet regulatory, quality, and policy requirements while supporting the System Credentials and Medical Staff Organization.
The ideal candidate has prior credentialing experience, familiarity with NCQA and Joint Commission standards, and strong computer skills; confidentiality is essential.
