Medical Data Entry SpecialistInsight Global is seeking a Medical Data Entry Specialist for a healthcare client. This is a great opportunity for a very entry-level candidate looking to gain professional experience within the healthcare industry. This individual will support the Health Information Management (HIM) team by uploading and organizing medical documentation within OnBase, ensuring records are accurately processed and available for coding and charting. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be comfortable with technology, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to quickly learn new computer systems and processes.Required Skills & Experience:High school diploma or equivalentStrong technology/computer skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong data entry skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to upload, organize, and manage electronic documentsNice to Have Skills & Experience:Previous healthcare, medical office, or administrative experienceFamiliarity with Health Information Management (HIM)Experience with OnBase or a similar document management systemExposure to medical records, coding, or charting workflows
