Job description
Arthrex in Santa Barbara is seeking a Machine Specialist I to operate CNC and manual milling, laser systems, and metrology tools in a regulated environment. You will perform setups, offsets, probing, and tool changes, while ensuring quality through inspections and data traceability in SAP.
The role supports continuous improvement, ECOs, and CAPA tasks, with collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing. A HS diploma and 1+ year machining experience are preferred.
